Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, hold any required licenses for the vehicle classes you list, and provide accurate information.

2. Membership

• The Standard driver membership is a one-time fee of $17.
• The Verified Carrier membership is a one-time fee of $197 and includes background and driving record verification.
• Memberships are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

3. Driver Responsibilities

You represent that all profile information (including vehicle details, insurance, and licensing) is accurate and that you will keep it current. FlowSync may suspend or remove profiles that contain inaccurate, fraudulent, or harmful content.

4. Independent Contractor Status

FlowSync Drivers is a directory and matching service. We are not your employer. You are solely responsible for your work, taxes, insurance, and any agreements you enter into with businesses you meet through the network.

5. Verification

"Verified" badges reflect checks performed at the time of approval and do not guarantee future conduct. Verification is conducted by third-party services and FlowSync Drivers makes no warranty regarding the completeness of such checks.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." FlowSync Drivers makes no warranty regarding the volume, quality, or availability of work. We are not liable for disputes between drivers and businesses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSync Drivers' total liability is limited to the membership fee you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
